The Enclave welcomes vendors to our property. In order to ensure a mutually pleasant experience, please be aware of our vendor guidelines, below are highlights, you are encouraged to download the full set of rules:
- The Enclave is a “no smoking” property. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the grounds.
- All Vendors must be licensed and insured. If you do not carry a license or insurance you must complete and submit an Indemnification Form and Waiver of Liability before work begins.
- All Vendors must park in the Service Parking Lot and utilize the pedestrian walkway to gain entry. Vendors are not permitted through the main gates.
- All Vendors may bring your vehicles onto the property ONLY to load and unload. The security guard will direct you to the designated area.
- All Vendor/Subcontractors must provide insurance and license information. Failure to provide this information will bar your entrance onto the property.
- The Enclave ‘construction season’ begins on May 15th and ends on October 15th. All workers must contact The Enclave to schedule work, call prior to arrival and provide picture identification. Should a Vender/Subcontractor arrive at The Enclave without prior authorization, they will be turned away.
- All Vendor/Subcontractor work hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
- During the ‘off-season,’ Vendors must contact The Enclave 48-hours in advance to have the elevator padded to move large items.
- All material preparation must be done in the unit and not in the common areas.
- Disposal of paint or toxic substances if prohibited on The Enclave property, inclusive of drains.
- Vendors/Subcontractors must remove trash from The Enclave property. Trash chutes and the Trash Room are not to be utilized for any reason.
